Create an account to begin filing documents in the Lobbyist eFiling System. Use a valid email address to create the account. An email will be sent to this email address to confirm that the account is valid. The email will have instructions to verify the account.

Passwords:

• The Password must be at least 6 characters long.

• Passwords must have at least one non letter or digit character.

• Passwords must have at least one digit ('0'-'9').

• Passwords must have at least one uppercase ('A'-'Z').
